Four stations in my professional career have shaped me significantly: I started at the age of 20 as a classic real estate agent in a medium-sized Berlin real estate company. Here I completed my apprenticeship as an IHK real estate agent and was able to work through the property management, investment and residential property departments. From there I switched to a project developer / property developer, where I worked in sales for about 6 years and was able to develop professionally. Due to the open corporate culture, our opinion was always asked and we were also involved in many other processes, from which I still benefit today. Here I also completed my contact studies as a real estate economist at the renowned real estate academy IREBS. Since I had now developed a passion for residential property and wanted to pursue my own ideas, I was drawn back to self-employment as a sales professional with Galwelat Immobilien. In addition to my freelance work, I also supported Berlin's oldest real estate company in developing new sales strategies in the area of "residential". The fourth and currently most formative station is the partnership with Damian Fenner (Fenner Group & Stadt und Raum Immobilien) and Till-Jonathan Patzschke (Patzschke & Schwebel Architects). Through this cooperation and the associated support for various project developments, the idea of founding an own company for asset accumulation with the asset class real estate arose. This resulted in the establishment of GSRE Projects with my business partner, lawyer Floris Schilling. With the GSRE we develop our own projects together with our partners and investors. So I have built two pillars that harmonize perfectly with each other and benefit from each other.
